Extensive characterisation of T cell, B cell, monocyte, NK cell, gamma delta T cell populations

Flow cytometry can be used to obtain single cell data on target expression, activation markers, exhaustion markers, proliferation, survival, signalling molecules, cytokine production, apoptosis, target cell killing, receptor occupancy and many other cellular readouts. Using fluorophore conjugated-antibodies, multiple immune cell subsets can be analysed, and subset selective impact of test compounds assessed at medium-throughput.

Both conventional and spectral flow cytometry services are available.

Phenotypic Analysis
