Extensive characterisation of T cell, B cell, monocyte, NK cell, gamma delta T cell populations

Flow cytometry can be used to obtain single cell data on target expression, activation markers, proliferation, survival, signalling molecules and many other cellular readouts. Using fluorophore conjugated-antibodies, multiple immune cell subsets can be analysed, and subset selective impact of test compounds assessed at medium-throughput.
