Assays for measuring inhibition of spike protein binding at SARS-CoV-2 infection

A cell-based ACE2/SARS-CoV-2 spike-binding, high-throughput imaging assay for the identification of small molecule or antibody inhibitors of spike binding in the absence or presence of TMPRSS2. Spike proteins from different variants of SARS-CoV-2 (e.g. delta, omicron) are available with binding to mammalian/human cell lines and primary cells.

Assays may be suitable for evaluating modulators of ACE2, CD147, CD209, IL-6, IL-6R, spike protein, SR-B1, TMPRSS2, and others. ​
