Detailed metabolic profiling of immune cells such as B cells, dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophages, microglia, neutrophils, NK cells, T cells and othersEnables metabolic profiling of compounds including quantification of glycolytic rate and oxidative phosphorylation. Can be used for metabolic profiling of cells, understanding which nutrients are supporting cellular metabolism, and understanding the impact of compounds on mitochondria.

Mito Stress Test Cell persistence and fitness are tightly linked to mitochondrial function. This assay is the most comprehensive functional analysis of mitochondrial function. This test can be used with various types of cells and combined with the addition of a substrate or inhibitor to allow interrogation of three primary substrates that fuel the mitochondria: long chain fatty acids, glucose/pyruvate, and/or glutamine, facilitating investigation of how cells alter or shift oxidation of specific substrates to perform key cellular functions of activation, proliferation, and differentiation, as well as to respond to genetic or pharmaceutical interventions or survival in microenvironments.

Glycolytic rate assay. Probe glycolytic metabolism in real-time. Uses proton efflux rate and correction of mitochondrial acidification to provide a more robust and accurate way of assessing glycolysis within cells. Provides accurate measurements of basal glycolyic rates and compensatory glycolysis following mitochondrial inhibition.

Assays may be suitable for testing the impact of modulators of immuno-metabolism.
